Classifies the first task prompt and branch state by work type; local policy accepts the result or falls back.
What this project offers
Distinguishes sessions by work type and supports a shadow comparison mode.
Review scope
Jev and shadow modes require explicit configuration. Shadow logs decisions without applying them; this does not mean Jev drives all of OrchestKit.
